The building consists of 7 different building sections. Most of these sections have an aged EPDM Black rubber roof installed. The seams, drains, and details are showing signs of wear and are in need of restoration.
Our crew has been installing our 20 year Fabric reinforce coating system. While not only waterproofing the roof and extending the life of this rubber roof, our system also adds white roof reflectivity which has energy benefits. Our crew also cleaned and restored the pipes and vents on this project.
